Who We Are
Kristall Development, Inc. specializes in land acquisition for the purpose of developing residential housing.

We are experienced land development professionals who explore land acquisition opportunities to determine if they are in an optimal location for residential growth. Some acquisitions may include decomissioned, unproductive, or unused farmland or property holdings.

The Process
Before acquiring land we must first conduct a feasibility study which involves a location survey and market analysis.

Once a decision has been made we work with the seller to ensure that the process goes smoothly. This involves working with accounting professionals to minimize tax liabilities and handling other needs as they come up.

After the purchase we begin the land planning stage. We design a pleasing residential community layout in balance with environmental needs and state/local government requirements. A site engineer and manager is assigned to oversee the development.
